Refund & Return Policy

At Noor-i-Subah Foundation, we are committed to transparency and fairness. This Refund & Return Policy explains how donations, membership fees, registration fees and other payments made through our website are handled. By making a payment on our website, you agree to this policy.

1. Donations

  1. Donations made to Noor-i-Subah Foundation are voluntary contributions towards our charitable activities and are generally non-refundable.
  2. Once a donation is received, it is utilised for the cause or programme for which it was given, so we are unable to reverse it.
  3. Please review the donation amount and details carefully before confirming your payment.


2. Eligible Cases for Refund

A refund may be considered only in the following situations:

  1. Duplicate payment: the same payment was charged more than once for a single transaction.
  2. Incorrect amount: a technical error caused you to be charged an amount different from what you entered.
  3. Failed transaction: money was deducted from your account but the donation or registration was not recorded on our system.


3. Membership, Registration & Event Fees

  1. Membership fees, registration fees, internship fees and similar charges are non-refundable once the membership, certificate or service has been activated or issued.
  2. If an event, camp or programme is cancelled by us, the fee paid for it will be refunded in full or adjusted towards a future programme, as you prefer.
  3. If you cancel your participation yourself, the fee will not be refunded unless we have agreed to it in writing.


4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund in an eligible case, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction with the following details:

  1. Your full name, mobile number and email address.
  2. Transaction ID / payment reference number and date of payment.
  3. The amount paid and the reason for the refund request.
  4. A screenshot or bank statement showing the deduction (if available).

Requests received after 7 days may not be considered.


5. Refund Processing Time

  1. After verification, approved refunds are processed within 7 to 10 working days.
  2. The amount is credited to the original payment method (bank account, card, UPI or wallet) used for the transaction.
  3. The time taken for the amount to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

6. Returns

We do not sell physical goods through this website, so no product returns are applicable. If any item, certificate or material is provided as part of a programme and you face an issue with it, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve it.


7. Payment Gateway Charges

Charges deducted by the payment gateway or bank (if any) may not be refundable and may be deducted from the refund amount.


8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund & Return Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and we encourage you to review it periodically.
